Job summary

Creative Management Services LLC in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Project Manager to join our exhibit and live event marketing team. You will coordinate layouts, production schedules, and show services, ensuring timelines and budgets are met to deliver high-impact trade show environments.

The successful candidate will have trade show industry experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in the trade show/exhibit/events industry.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit layout, booth drawings and show services requirements for approval.
• Ensure design complies with show regulations.
• Obtain project estimates and ensure reliability.
• Secure materials and manage production budget.
• Assemble drawing packages for internal production.
• Collaborate with shop production on projects.
• Ensure production team meets requirements and quality standards.
• Assemble show set packages for outbound freight.
• Prepare post-mortem reports with the Account Manager.
• Support client and project requirements.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Monitor show floor activity for plan compliance.
• Manage client files.
• Facilitate client viewings.
• Some travel.
• Ability to work a flexible and demanding schedule.
