Qualifications

  • Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification required.
  • Willing to substitute for other staff; 36-40 hour week with varying center needs.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and direct exercise programs.
  • Conduct health assessments and exercise testing.
  • Evaluate health questionnaires and counsel members.
  • Perform re-evaluations and update exercise prescriptions.
  • Implement exercise therapy for joint replacements and chronic conditions.
  • Ensure safe and proper equipment usage.
  • Maintain adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
  • Educate and train members and staff on exercise techniques.
  • Provide personal training and fitness counseling.
