Job summary

Therapeutic Associates Inc. is seeking a motivated team member in Salem, OR to support a patient-centered physical therapy team. You will assist therapists and assistants to deliver high-quality care and ensure excellent patient experiences.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication (Spanish and English), strong customer service, and interest in Exercise Science or fitness. A high school diploma is required, with PT degree studies preferred. This position is full-time and onsite.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Interest in Exercise Science, Sports Performance and Fitness preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Support a patient-centered team under direction of Physical Therapists and Assistants to provide quality care.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, team members and customers.
• Apply knowledge of human physiology and physical therapy interventions.
• Conduct safe application of modalities and procedures as allowed by state laws.
• Take on additional responsibilities as delegated by leadership.

Here’s how you will make an impact

• Support a patient‑centered team by assisting and taking direction from our Physical Therapists and or Physical Therapist Assistants to provide great patient care.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, team members and customers.
• Implement knowledge of human physiology and physical therapy interventions.
• Conduct safe application of modalities and therapeutic procedures as allowed by state laws.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership.

What you will need to bring to the table

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Interest in Exercise Science, Sports Performance and Fitness preferred – students who are pursuing a physical therapy or pre‑physical therapy degree program are strongly preferred.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
