SPT Bellevue is an outpatient sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic seeking an Exercise Specialist to support daily patient care under the direction of a physical therapist. The role focuses on guiding patients through exercise programs, maintaining a welcoming clinic environment, and promoting safety and efficiency.

You will assist therapists, communicate clearly with patients and staff, and contribute to a collaborative treatment team dedicated to active rehab and real-world results.

Qualifications

• Interest in or degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Prior experience in a medical or fitness setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to build rapport and motivate patients.

Job Description

Sports Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a dynamic individual ready to work as an Exercise Specialist in a fast‑paced physical therapy clinic. This position is responsible for daily patient care and takes direction from a physical therapist(s) by performing treatment‑related exercise programs and patient‑related tasks as needed.
