Spectrum Healthcare Resources seeks a civilian Exercise Physiologist/Strength Coach to join our team at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no evenings or weekends, and a chance to serve our military community.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology or related field, at least one year of strength coaching or exercise physiology experience, CSCS or ACSM certification, BLS, and an unrestricted Texas license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field.
• A minimum of 1 year experience as Strength Coach or Exercise Physiologist.
• CSCS (NSCA) or ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist.
• BLS certification by AHA or American Red Cross.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University within the field of Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Kinesiology or Sports Medicine accredited by the ASEP
• A minimum of 1 year experience as a Strength Coach or Exercise Physiologist
• Certified by CSCS through the NSCA, ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist through American College of Sports Medicine
• BLS by AHA or American Red Cross
• Unrestricted Texas State License
