Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated Exercise Physiologist for a Full-Time Floater SNF role. You will meet with patients to establish medical histories and exercise goals, then design and coordinate exercise programs under supervision to improve health and function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to document medical histories, exercise histories and exercise goals.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate exercise and wellness programs for patients under supervision of a physical therapist or physician.
• Provide clinical oversight of exercise program.
• May perform diagnostic tests as indicated (stress test, EKG) to assess health and fitness.
• Ensure all patient documentation is completed in a timely fashion.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide clinical oversight of exercise program.

• Ensure all patient/client documentation is completed in a timely fashion.
• Exercise Physiologist performs all other duties as assigned.
