GENERAL SUMMARY
The Exercise Physiologist serves as a member of the outpatient rehabilitation and wellness team, providing evidence-based exercise programming and education to support patients transitioning from rehabilitation to independent physical activity and long-term health management. This position collaborates with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, physicians, dietitians, diabetes educators, and other healthcare professionals to improve functional outcomes, physical fitness, chronic disease management, and overall quality of life.
