• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or a related field and at least one (1) year of experience.
• Current ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist (EP-C), ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP), or equivalent nationally recognized certification.
• CPR/BLS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.
• Work experience may NOT substitute for education or certification requirements.

• Customizes individual exercise programs for patients. Monitors the programs to ensure patient safety, effectiveness and compliance with all regulatory agencies.

• Consults with patients to determine their exercise goals and objectives. Monitors progress and provides feedback/coaching as needed.
• Demonstrates exercises to patients to ensure proper form, technique and safety.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

This position collaborates with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, physicians, dietitians, diabetes educators, and other healthcare professionals to improve functional outcomes, physical fitness, chronic disease management, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
