Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing therapy services as assessed and planned by Occupational or Physical Therapists
  • May function independently within the scope of the treatment plan
  • Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in all patient and staff interactions
Qualifications
  • B.S. in Exercise Physiology from an accredited institution
  • Knowledge of Exercise Physiology techniques and outcomes
  • On-the-job training or internship in the field
  • Working knowledge of nutrition, exercise, behavior change, weight management, and health promotion
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology or Health Promotion
  • One or more years of experience in Industrial Medicine, Rehabilitation, or Cardiac Rehab
  • Experience developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Knowledge of worksite health promotion strategies
