Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a seasoned professional in Honolulu to plan, coordinate, and integrate War Reserve Materiel and related capabilities into exercises, planning events, and contingency operations. You will support asset utilization, lessons learned, and concept validation, bringing deep DoD process knowledge and leadership to a mission-focused team.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience with Air Force War Reserve Materiel (WRM).
  • 7+ years of exercise planning, logistics operations, or readiness management experience.
  • Experience supporting Air Force exercises and contingency operations.
  • Experience allocating resources, providing capabilities to units, and planning and managing requirements.
  • Experience leading and participating in a working group or planning groups.
  • Knowledge of distribution management, materiel management.
  • Ability to create effective information papers, emails, reports, and various types of briefings, and present products to stakeholders and decision-makers to achieve key outcomes.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

The Opportunity:

You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience with Air Force War Reserve Materiel ( WRM )

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working on Strategic Level military staff
  • Experience working in joint, interagency, intergovernmental, or multinational environments
  • Knowledge of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budget ing, and Execution ( PPBE ) process
  • Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems
  • Possession of strong planning and coordination skills
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Master's degree
  • USAF 2G0X1 Certification or equivalent

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
