Job summary

Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT is hiring a dedicated Exercise Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our growing team. This full-time role runs 8AM–4PM with a pay range of $19–$24.50 per hour.

We foster a supportive environment where staff provide compassionate, resident-centered care. Responsibilities include assisting residents to meet rehabilitation goals through exercise modalities, leading group exercise activities, coordinating with nursing and therapy

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State and maintain certification throughout employment with Avalon
• Must have one year experience working as a CNA
• Meet State and federal requirements, generally 12 hours, in-service education
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass criminal background investigation and reference inquiry
• Experience with fitness instruction is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents to meet rehabilitation goals through exercise modalities
• Managing and teaching exercise activities to groups of residents
• Interdepartmental communications within care team of nursing and therapy
• Documentation of resident exercise treatments
