Weber State University is seeking an Exercise and Nutrition Sciences Program Assistant to support lab sessions and faculty research. The role includes assisting in classroom setups, managing videos, and compiling research data.
Applicants should be undergraduate students in good standing, preferably Juniors or Seniors majoring in Exercise and Nutrition Science, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in fitness testing, food handling, and basic lab techniques is preferred.

The department of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences (ENS) offers many programs that support 50/50 student and other hourly employees. A student assistant will set up and clean up classroom and laboratory sessions, assist faculty with research projects, assist in creating and managing videos for the cooking demo database, participate in lab operations, compile data, and format assessments. This is a pooled position and also work‑study eligible.
