Canon Business Process Services is looking for an energetic and experienced customer service/concierge professional with Executive Level / VIP communications proficiency, both written and verbal.
This position requires that candidates have a positive attitude, decorum, interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, the ability to multitask, and a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants must be skilled with the Microsoft Office suite as well as able to quickly learn new platforms. Work hours may require early mornings and/or late evenings depending on business needs and events. Professionals in this position are highly visible and must be able to adapt to changing circumstances, and demonstrate critical thinking in a fast pace environment.
To be eligible for this position, the applicant must meet the minimum qualifications. Deviations to this requirement must be approved by the
Equivalent to two years junior college
Approximately 3 years customer service related experience, preferably in a hotel setting
Ability to perform basic math.
Intermediate computer skills, including excel; ability to utilize web-based system to secure/edit reservations
