Axicom, part of WPP, is seeking an EVP, US Head of Strategy to lead and scale our strategic discipline across the agency. You will be the chief architect of insights, craft world-class creative strategies, and build cross-channel connections for AI, tech, and innovation brands.

As a senior agency leader, you will bridge culture with business growth, advise C-suite clients, drive new business pitches, and guide account teams toward strategic excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of agency strategy planning experience.
• Technology sector expertise in AI and B2B brands.
• Strong analytical and storytelling abilities.
• Proven track record in C-suite advisory and new business pitches.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define Axicom’s US strategy practice and governance.
• Craft narratives and brand messaging for tech clients.
• Lead multi-channel strategy across PR, digital, social.
• Partner with creative leads to develop multi-channel briefs.
• Advise senior executives and guide pitches.
• Mentor and build a lean strategy team.
• Represent Axicom in industry events.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Burson/WPP network.
• Ensure high-impact client counseling and outcomes.
