Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Aviation experience, specifically private charter experience.
• Existing relationships within touring, production, or live event ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with tour managers and production managers.
• Design aviation solutions for touring schedules and production requirements.
• Maintain travel manifests and coordinate after-hours support.

Skills

Ability to sell aviation solutions

Deep understanding of touring and production logistics

Well organized

Ability to manage demanding high-end clients

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google products

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience

3+ years of Aviation experience

10+ years of hospitality and sales experience preferred
