Job summary

NPPG, a leader in retirement plan administration, seeks a senior executive to lead and scale its operations. The VP will own end-to-end non-fiduciary plan administration for a growing portfolio of 401(k), PEP, and other qualified plans, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and scalable processes.

The role requires 10+ years of experience at a senior level, strong ERISA/IRS/DOL knowledge, and the ability to build scalable operating infrastructure while managing a large, distributed team both onshore

Qualifications

• Senior-level retirement plan administration experience with large TPA or bundled recordkeeper
• 5+ years leading multi-discipline teams through census and Form 5500 filings
• Expert knowledge of 401(k) and 403(b) administration; defined benefit a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5–10 direct reports and 40–50 onshore retirement plan professionals plus 30–40 offshore staff
• Establish clear KPIs, productivity metrics, and accountability standards
• Drive execution of core administration deliverables: census data, testing, plan documentation, and audits
• Own annual ERISA compliance testing and Form 5500 processes
• Manage Form 5500, 5500-SF, schedules, EFAST2 filings and filing archives
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS and DOL regulations and support audits
