Job summary

Sedgwick, a global leading risk and claims solutions provider, seeks a Vice President of Clinical Pharmacy to direct PBM vendor partnerships and senior pharmacy operations. You will lead a team of pharmacists and nurses to guide prescribing, utilization review, and complex management decisions, ensuring client value and program excellence.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent experience in PBM management and health care benefits.
• Active unrestricted pharmacist license in at least one US state preferred.
• Ten years of related experience with two years in management; workers’ compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior VP-level leadership across the pharmacy program and its strategy.
• Lead pharmacy program design, clinical decision-making, and policy development.
• Partner with clients, translating capabilities into measurable client value.
• Oversee review and continuous improvement of pharmacy programs and outcomes.
• Analyze claims data and book-of-business metrics to inform strategy.
• Represent the organization externally at industry forums and conferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align pharmacy strategy with org objectives.
• Coordinate with PBMs on pricing models, formularies, and network development.
• Create client-ready reporting and explain program intricacies to clients.
