Seldin Company in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a Vice President of Property Management to lead the portfolio and manage Regional Portfolio Managers, ensuring asset performance and regulatory compliance.

The role requires travel ~50%, strong leadership, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement with owners, lenders, and communities; compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Formación

• Seven to ten years of related experience, a minimum of 3 years within the property management industry as a Regional or equivalent.
• Real Estate Sales license or the ability to obtain a license within one year
• Ability to supervise and lead a team
• Financial analysisbudget planning and adherence
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the assigned portfolio and lead their team of Regional Portfolio Managers.
• Ensure the maintenance and integrity of the physical assets and maximize returns for the assets in the portfolio.
• Build collaborative relationships with supervisors, peers, and team members.
• Prepare for and attend regular meetings with the supervisor and/or the owners to present detailed reports on portfolio performance.
• Engage with funding, community, and regulatory agencies.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Focus on Owner/Investor engagement, communication, and satisfaction; with emphasis on effective decision making, knowledge sharing on property activity.
