Job summary

Weatherford College seeks an Executive Vice President, Financial and Administrative Services to supervise the college's financial and administrative programs and to administer business and administrative services. This role provides leadership for budgeting, purchasing, information technology, maintenance, and auxiliary services on campus.

Ideal candidates will have a Doctorate or CPA and at least five years in a post-secondary financial leadership role; CFO experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years full-time employment in a post-secondary educational institution in financial and administrative services.
• Preferred experience as chief financial officer.
• Doctorate and/or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes high standards for effective financial and administrative programs.
• Directs budgeting, purchasing, information technology, maintenance and auxiliary services.
• Assists in formulating an annual budget for presentation to the Board.
• Directs control of budget and oversees financial reporting and auditing.
• Leads college-wide compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards.
