Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of experience in multi-family real estate development including acquisitions and/or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Identify development opportunities and manage pre-development feasibility, acquisition, design, development, asset management and disposition.
• Oversee development and construction, negotiate contracts, entitlements, budgets and schedules.
• Maximize cash flow and long-term market value of assets.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, land sellers, homebuilders, and investors.
• Interview, hire, train and supervise Development Associates.
