Qualifications
- Experience building large scale systems.
- Design experience with spine and leaf networks.
- Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or Perl.
Responsibilities
- Designing and maintaining a highly available EVPN‑VXLAN spine and leaf network.
- Implementing a micro‑segmented network security posture.
- Design and implement a monitoring system that includes a dark fiber network.
- Design and maintain perimeter networking devices in a highly secure posture.
Skills
Managing Juniper network devices
Experience with Juniper Apstra and Mist
Extensive experience with BGP
Terraform for network provisioning
Experience with Palo‑Alto firewalls
Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems
Understanding of security best practices
Familiarity with cloud providers
Strong scripting skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Version control systems
Strong communication skills
