Metric Geo is seeking a Vice President to provide executive leadership across its Heavy Civil and infrastructure construction operations in Newark, NJ, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial performance.

This senior role demands a proven track record in leading large portfolios with full P&L accountability, along with strong executive presence and robust relationships with clients, public agencies, and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading heavy civil or infrastructure portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management.
• Experience overseeing a business unit with full P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and prioritize operations across the business unit or region.
• Own P&L performance including revenue, margin, and risk management.
• Develop and maintain senior-level client and partner relationships.
• Lead Directors and Project Executives to execute strategic plans.
• Drive business development and major pursuit strategies.
• Represent the organization in industry and public forums.
