GH Engage is seeking a Vice President, Critical Infrastructure based in Virginia to lead engineering strategy for a rapidly expanding US data center portfolio. You will drive reliability and performance across Development, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations, shaping scalable engineering practices to support growth.

• Senior leader with 10+ years in data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience guiding engineering strategy across multi-site portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability to drive reliability, resiliency and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic engineering leadership across a multi-site critical infrastructure portfolio.
• Partner with project teams from design through site activation.
• Drive reliability, resiliency, and continuous improvement across facilities.
• Provide technical direction for major infrastructure upgrades and capital investments.
• Strengthen engineering and maintenance practices across critical MEP systems.
• Support investigations and root-cause analyses for major operational events.
• Develop engineering talent and capabilities across site teams.
• Use performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Build alignment across Operations, Engineering, Construction, vendors, and leadership.
