This role is designed for a commercially minded engineering leader who can open doors with new clients, guide strategic growth, and strengthen execution across complex technical programs. • Support complex pursuits and high‑value programs by aligning commercial priorities with technical capabilities and delivery readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline required, Master's degree preferred
• At least ten years of related engineering experience required
• Professional Engineering license preferred
• Strong business acumen, leadership capability, client relationship management, and technical engineering expertise
• Ability to drive business development, strategic growth, and sector P and L performance
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Experience working across data centers, power generation, industrial manufacturing, or similarly complex infrastructure environments
