Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 16+ years of progressive experience in communications/public relations within a matrixed corporation.
• Executive presence with ability to inspire confidence among senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Proven track record leading a large corporate communications team and driving measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the integrated communications strategy for Cox Automotive.
• Lead a team of communications professionals to execute enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Manage media relations, crisis and issues management, and confidential communications (e.g., M&A).
• Align internal and external messaging with corporate vision and business objectives.
• Partner with Enterprise leadership to drive enterprise-level communications initiatives.
