Job summary

M/I Homes Southwest Florida is seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead the Construction and Customer Care Departments, ensuring scheduling, cost control, quality, and customer satisfaction on homes built in the division. The role requires directing both construction and customer care teams to meet objectives and coordinate with sales.

Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, vendor negotiations, staff recruitment, and the creation of a new Design Center as needed, with travel to job

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction process to ensure quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Meet with managers to implement process changes increasing productivity and profitability.
• Guide construction and customer care teams toward daily, monthly, and yearly objectives.
• Coordinate between construction and sales for customer care initiatives.
• Lead weekly department meetings and review monthly budgets and expenses.
• Recruit, hire, and develop division personnel and oversee Design Center creation when needed.
