Qualifications

• Must possess a comprehensive understanding of senior housing building maintenance, resident safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading $50M+ capital improvement projects from inception through completion.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• AHA/ASHE/IFMA Certification or similar certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the effective and efficient operations of campus properties, including construction and project management, building and facilities maintenance, grounds, housekeeping, dining services, horticulture, and transportation.
• Lead industry-leading guidance on all phases of capital project management: planning & design, construction delivery methods, cost estimating, contract management, and project activation.
• Develops and executes strategic capital improvement projects that support the organizational mission and goals, translating requirements into practicable tactics and plans.
• Coordinates RFPs for consultants and vendors, analyzes bids, interviews bidders, and evaluates qualifications.
