Sound Physicians is seeking a Senior Executive to lead Operations and the Enterprise PMO, guiding ACO and Telemedicine initiatives. The role focuses on translating strategy into scalable operations, overseeing governance, and driving performance across clinical, financial, technology, and client-success teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Operations Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.
• 5+ years of executive leadership experience directing multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for ACO and Telemedicine service lines.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, scalability, quality, and provider satisfaction.
• Oversee readiness for new program launches, acquisitions, partnerships, and expansions.
• Manage PMO with governance, portfolio and milestone oversight.
• Translate strategic objectives into operational results and align cross-functional teams.
• Lead enterprise initiatives involving growth, technology, and new services.
