SUNY Adirondack invites applications for the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA). The VPAA provides strategic leadership across academic, enrollment, and student affairs, advising the President, and collaborating with faculty, staff, and students to advance the College’s mission.

The role involves strategic analysis, policy recommendations, and stewardship of budgets and evaluations, with a focus on excellence, inclusivity, and external partnerships.

• Demonstrated leadership in academic affairs and team development.
• Experience in securing external funding to support innovation.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead academic, enrollment, and student affairs to advance the college's mission.
• Oversee budget, planning, and evaluation processes.
• Develop external partnerships with SUNY, state education departments, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate governance and policy recommendations with college leadership and board committees.
• Support hiring, professional development, and performance management within areas of responsibility.
