The VPASA will lead strategic initiatives across curriculum, accreditation, enrollment growth, retention, and student services, reporting to the President and serving on the President's Cabinet.

Qualifications

• Earned doctorate from an accredited institution.
• 8–10 years of progressively responsible leadership in higher education.
• Experience leading academic and student affairs, or readiness to do so.
• Record of faculty appointments and teaching; tenure considerations.
• Experience with accreditation processes and program development.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all academic programs and student life.
• Oversee curriculum development, program review, and new program launches.
• Lead accreditation efforts and ensure compliance with accrediting bodies.
• Manage faculty recruitment, development, and promotion processes.
• Champion academic innovation including online and hybrid programs.
• Direct all student affairs functions and support services to improve retention.
• Partner with Enrollment Management to align offerings with market demand.
• Represent the University to external stakeholders and funders.
• Serve on the President's Cabinet and oversee division budget.
