Qualifications

• Advanced degree in business, health administration, public health, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in an academic health system.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Chair and system leadership to advance clinical, research, and educational priorities.
• Oversee budget development, forecasting, and financial performance for the department.
• Lead faculty affairs including recruitment, promotion, and compensation processes.
• Direct ambulatory, research, and education program administration.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and enterprise risk mitigation.
• Foster a collaborative culture and mentor non-faculty leaders and staff.
