CopperPoint Insurance Companies is seeking an Executive Underwriter to drive profitable growth by applying high-level underwriting expertise across an assigned territory. The role partners with Business Development to strengthen agency relationships, deliver results, and mentor junior underwriters.
The Executive UW will train and coach less experienced staff, serve as subject matter expert, and educate agency staff on products, services, and underwriting philosophy.
CopperPoint has an exciting opportunity for an Executive UW to play a key role in driving profitable growth and achieving both short- and long-term business objectives. This role will leverage a high level of underwriting expertise to evaluate and manage business within an assigned territory, while partnering closely with Business Development to build strong agency relationships and deliver results. The Executive UW will also serve as a trusted resource and mentor, providing training, coaching, and development to less experienced Underwriters and Senior Underwriters.
