CopperPoint Insurance Company is seeking a Supervisor, Payroll Services Support to lead the Payroll Services Support team, ensuring timely, accurate, high-quality technical, servicing and administrative support to Payroll Services Underwriting.
You will drive process improvement, develop workflows and metrics, coach staff, and partner with Underwriting and stakeholders to balance workloads and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining underwriting integrity.
CopperPoint has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Payroll Services Support. This role provides operational leadership and oversight of the Payroll Services Support team, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and high-quality technical, servicing, and administrative support to Payroll Services Underwriting. Working closely with the AVP, Underwriting Services, the Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations, supports team performance, and ensures customer service, production, and quality objectives are consistently achieved. The role also drives process improvement and operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, create consistency, and implement solutions aligned with stakeholder priorities and business objectives.
