Your primary role in Financial Lines will involve underwriting and actively pursuing new business, servicing brokerage partners on an account basis. As a Senior or Executive Underwriter, you will be a vital member of the Hartford Financial Lines team, reporting to an underwriting director. The team specializes in management and professional liability products for financial institutions, including directors & officers liability, errors & omissions, fiduciary, and employment practices liability.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring presence three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday) at one of the specified offices in Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; Brea, CA; San Francisco, CA; Walnut Creek, CA; Greenwood Village, CO; Frisco, TX; Bloomington, MN.
Compensation:
The annual base pay ranges from $101,200 to $192,000, based on market analysis and individual experience. Actual pay may vary depending on performance and competencies. Compensation also includes bonuses, incentives, and recognition programs. The posted range allows for flexibility in hiring levels and titles.
