At Biosense Webster, Inc., our goal is to ensure those with cardiac arrhythmias can live full lives by transforming electrophysiology advancements into effective treatment tools. We are a global leader in cardiac arrhythmia diagnosis and treatment, with over 30 years of innovation.

The Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialist (ULS CAS) provides technical and clinical support to healthcare providers, focusing on BWI diagnostic and therapeutic catheters and systems, especially AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheters, to facilitate advanced cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical product and technical training to physicians and staff on AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheters in EP and IC procedures.
  • Support the use of BWI systems and catheters during procedures, ensuring business goals are met.
  • Educate customers on product usage, sharing best practices to maximize value.
  • Identify sales opportunities using consultative techniques and facilitate customer awareness of BWI solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support customer needs and business growth.
  • Maintain current knowledge of products, clinical literature, and industry trends.
  • Support new team members and perform additional duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
  • At least 2 years in a clinical echocardiography lab.
  • Certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS).
  • Knowledge of ultrasound and echocardiography technology and industry trends.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel up to 40%.
  • Ability to work in hospital settings, including wearing protective gear and lifting up to 60 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in electrophysiology, cath labs, or cardiovascular device industry.
  • Certifications such as CEPS (IBHRE), RCES/RCIS.
  • Experience with complex technical systems and critical patient care.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

The anticipated base salary range is $96,000 - $149,500 annually.
