Architectural Interior Millworks is seeking an energetic Transportaion Aide to join our transportation team. You will drive a variety of vehicles for high-profile clients, executives, and VIPs, delivering safe, reliable, and comfortable journeys with professional service.

Responsibilities include operating limousines, shuttle buses, box trucks, and school buses, coordinating with dispatch, maintaining logs, and performing basic vehicle checks to ensure peak performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial driving roles such as limousine service, shuttle driving, delivery driving, or bus operation.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate vehicles including limousines, shuttle buses, box trucks, and school buses to transport clients.
• Greet clients warmly, assist with luggage, and ensure needs are met throughout the journey.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic mechanical checks for safety and performance.
• Keep accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules.
• Follow traffic laws and company policies while navigating varied routes and weather conditions.
• Coordinate with dispatch to plan routes and adapt to changing schedules or requests.
• Assist with vehicle cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to uphold a professional appearance.
