Job description

Scopely is looking for an Executive Talent Acquisition (Marquee) and Operations Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in our Culver City hub on a hybrid basis, working up to four days per week in the office. This role plays a critical part in Scopely’s executive hiring efforts, partnering closely with senior leaders and executive candidates while managing highly confidential information, complex processes, and high‑touch candidate experiences.

What You Will Do
  • Coordinate and manage executive‑level candidate interviews, both virtual and onsite, including complex scheduling across multiple global time zones and travel arrangements for non‑local candidates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a seamless, high‑touch experience.
  • Partner closely with Talent Partners and hiring leaders to drive interview processes forward and maintain momentum across executive searches.
  • Prepare and distribute interview schedules, candidate materials, and briefing documents to interview teams and stakeholders.
  • Own the accuracy and integrity of candidate data, recruiting documentation and reporting across the ATS and other recruiting tools.
  • Own and coordinate executive NDAs, references, background checks, and offer administration to ensure timely completion and a seamless, compliant hiring process.
  • Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle and proactively identify and resolve scheduling or process‑related issues.
  • Facilitate candidate travel logistics, onsite interview experiences, and executive recruiting events, including candidate dinners and leadership engagements, ensuring every interaction reflects Scopely’s employer brand.
  • Build strong working relationships with executives, Executive Assistants, hiring teams, and cross‑functional partners to support successful hiring outcomes.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting coordination processes, candidate experiences, and operational efficiency.
  • Support select Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives by coordinating logistics, maintaining documentation, and helping ensure operational excellence across the recruiting function.
  • Contribute to recruiting process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance candidate experiences, and increase team efficiency through new tools and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in recruiting coordination, executive support, or other high‑touch coordination roles; executive‑level scheduling experience is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities with urgency in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through, with a commitment to delivering a world‑class candidate experience.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders, Executive Assistants, and cross‑functional stakeholders, while handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach to problem‑solving and process improvement.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a natural curiosity for new tools, technologies, and more efficient ways of working.

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is $22–$32 USD. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
