The Maryland Department of Juvenile Services (DJS) is seeking a Management Associate to provide managerial and administrative support to the Superintendent at Cheltenham Youth Detention Center.

This role collaborates with youth, families, providers, courts, and community partners to promote stability, reduce disruptions, and support positive youth outcomes through individualized placement planning and continuity of care.

Formación

• Minimum: Graduation from an accredited high school or GED.
• Five years of secretarial or clerical experience with typing.
• May substitute education/ military experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsabilidades

• Compose routine and complex correspondences.
• Verify complex reports for accuracy for the Superintendent’s signature.
• Maintain the Superintendent's calendar and appointments.
• Answer calls and emails, providing information on agency operations and procedures.
