You will coordinate priorities across the organization and prepare high‑quality briefing materials for key engagements, including with the Board and regulators.

The role requires strong leadership presence, exceptional communication, and the ability to drive execution across multiple lines of business in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in executive support or program leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong prioritization and coordination.
• Proactive, with ability to anticipate needs and drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate priorities, decisions, and execution across executive offices.
• Prepare briefings, materials, and talking points for the Co-President.
• Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow‑through.
• Liaise with senior leaders, risk, compliance, and regulators as needed.
