Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience in executive support or strategic roles.
• Ability to connect across multiple projects and workstreams to pull insights and opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate priorities and execution across the Co-President’s agenda.
• Prepare and coordinate briefing materials and talking points for internal and external engagements.
• Manage schedules, commitments, and follow-up actions across the organization.
• Coordinate executive meetings and serve as liaison with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic counsel and drive enterprise initiatives on behalf of the Co-President.
