Job summary

Tech Spectrum AI Solutions seeks a results-driven Chief of Staff to work with the CEO and executive leadership to shape strategic priorities and drive organizational effectiveness. You will translate objectives into actionable initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, monitor KPIs, and prepare executive updates.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in strategy, operations, or management consulting, with strong analytics, communication, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic priorities with the CEO and translate objectives into actionable initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and align departments and leadership teams.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and strategic milestones.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and performance updates.
• Facilitate executive meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
• Analyze business performance and market trends to guide decisions.
• Identify organizational challenges and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Act as a communication bridge among leadership, departments, and stakeholders.
• Manage high-priority projects and special initiatives for the CEO.
• Develop systems to improve accountability and collaboration.
• Support strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Anticipate risks and help mitigate them.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ensure decisions are implemented across the organization.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership on priorities and risks.
