Job summary

UKG is seeking a seasoned Corporate Strategy leader to shape the enterprise agenda and advise the Executive Committee. You will sponsor cross-functional strategy engagements, size opportunities, and frame decisions with rigorous analytics.

You will partner with senior leaders across product, market, and operations to drive growth, profitability, and strategic alignment in a complex technology landscape.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Strategy, management consulting, or related fields.
• Experience advising C-suite or senior leaders on complex, cross-functional decisions.
• Proven ownership of major strategy engagements from problem definition to activation.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise strategy and multi-year agenda based on market and financial insights.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Executive Committee and functional leaders.
• Lead cross-functional strategy initiatives across market entry, product strategy, and operating models.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth, expand margins, and strengthen enterprise value.
• Set analytic approach for complex questions including market sizing and scenarios.
• Build coalitions across functions to move recommendations to execution.
• Distill issues into executive-ready narratives and materials.
