Job summary

Zeus Fire and Security seeks a Strategic Business Analyst, Office of the CEO, to translate executive questions into actionable analysis, reconcile data from ERP/CRM sources, and present defensible insights for decision-making.

You will own cross-functional initiatives, support board and investor materials, and help define analytics architecture as the ERP program matures, with exposure to leadership and potential career paths in finance or corporate development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance, analytics, or business field.
• 2–5 years in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or FP&A.
• Advanced Excel modeling and large dataset handling.
• SQL proficiency for data extraction and reconciliation.
• Ability to build executive-level PowerPoint materials that stand on their own.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Proven cross-functional project delivery without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior executives.
• Discretion handling confidential information and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Translate executive questions into defined analytic scope and execute independently.
• Gather and reconcile data from ERP, CRM, and legacy hubs; document sources.
• Build models for revenue, margin, headcount, backlog, and profitability.
• Deliver recommendations with explicit assumptions and conditions.
• Produce board-quality decks and recurring executive reporting packages.
• Support post-acquisition integration and diligence efforts as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives sponsored by the CEO from start to finish.
