Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), aligning priorities and driving execution across the organization. This role acts as a force multiplier for the executive team by steering strategic initiatives, facilitating collaboration, and maintaining operating rhythms to ensure momentum across initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or chief of staff roles, preferably in technology or innovation-led companies
• Demonstrated ability to lead from behind the scenes and drive outcomes
• Strong business acumen with the ability to synthesize information and influence decisions

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning processes for the Executive Leadership team in alignment with business goals
• Facilitate leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure timely execution of priorities
• Act as a central point of coordination across multiple initiatives for stakeholder alignment
• Design and operationalize org-wide cadences such as all-hands, forums, and QBRs
• Manage information flow to ensure ELT is informed and focused on high-impact work
• Interface with senior leaders to ensure collaboration and alignment
• Support change management and organizational effectiveness across teams
• Represent the ELT in key forums when needed
