Qualificações

• Experience supervising stewarding or dishwashing operations.
• Knowledge of kitchens, equipment, sanitation and safety standards.
• Serve Safe certification and state licenses required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee stewarding department in management's absence.
• Maintain inventory of china, glassware, linens and silver.
• Ensure proper use of chemicals and cleaning equipment.
• Train new dishwashing staff.
• Complete daily checklists and safety inspections.
• Operate catering trucks and golf carts on property and roads.
• Support dishwashing and service staff as needed.
