We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Steward to join our team at Hilton Cleveland Downtown, located at 100 Lakeside Ave E, Cleveland, 44113.

Our hotel features 600 guest rooms, over 45,000 square feet of event space, and four unique restaurants, offering a vibrant environment to grow your Food and Beverage operations skills.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience leading a Stewarding team with career progression
• Be skilled in inventory management and procurement
• Have experience in high-volume banquet operations
• Possess a strong work ethic with attention to detail and cleanliness
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards hospitality and team building

Responsibilities include:

• Managing stewarding operations, including inventory, sanitation, safety, budgeting, and compliance
• Leading daily coordination of china, glassware, linen, and silver
• Overseeing equipment storage and distribution
• Monitoring and developing team performance, including training and evaluations
• Recruiting and onboarding new team members
• Ensuring health, safety, and sanitation standards are met
