Job summary

VantageScore is seeking a Speaking Engagements & Sponsorship Manager to coordinate executive speaking engagements, sponsorships, and external events. You will serve as a central point of contact between the CEO's Office, Marketing, Sales, and external partners to ensure engagements are planned and executed with polish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for speaking engagements.
• Manage communications with speakers, event organizers, and internal stakeholders.
• Track and maintain speaker biographies, headshots, presentations, travel requirements, and other event-related information.
• Coordinate speaker preparation, briefings, and deadlines.
• Maintain a comprehensive calendar and tracking system for speaking engagements, sponsorships, deadlines, commitments, and deliverables.
• Coordinate post-event feedback and reviews and develop evaluation systems.
