Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to support the Director of Culinary in delivering exceptional food quality across all resort outlets. You will lead culinary teams, manage budgets and inventories, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires coordination with multiple outlets, mentoring staff, and contributing to menu development and cost control. This is a full-time, year-round position with holiday expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food production across all resort outlets and maintain high standards.
• Manage budgets, food costs, labor, and operating expenses; coordinate with managers.
• Assist in monthly inventories and ensure timely reporting.
• Contribute to monthly P&L and financial meetings; support staffing and training.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance; develop seasonal menus.
