Qualifications

• 4+ years of Executive Sous Chef experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and manage the kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mid- and closing kitchen duties, inventory, and labor costs.
• Run BOH shifts; manage food prep, line checks, and quality control.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure smooth operations across BOH teams.
• Maintain recipe books with GM and chefs; ensure timely production.
• Order food and supplies daily; communicate FOH/BOH needs clearly.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop BOH staff as needed.
