You will lead menu development, oversee production, and collaborate with event teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Experience in high-volume venues and a culinary degree is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen role, preferably in large-scale or high-volume settings.
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
